Mickey Z. did not tell you that almost 11,000 German Americans and 3,200 Italian Americans were interned in the U.S. during WWII. Many German Americans, including US-born infants and children, were deported to a Germany under siege where they were exchanged with the enemy for Americans caught behind enemy lines.
