Rather than building explicit concentration camps like we did to those of Japanese descent during WW-II and those provided by Title 2 of the McCarren Act later, and others to this day, where people could be imprisoned without charge and without being convicted, we will now have ways to declare entire cities, states, ..., as "Quaranteened" zones where people can be imprisoned wholesale at the whim of the government -- this time by the C.D.C. instead of the attorney general.
