al Jazeera is the Terrorist News Network. No doubt many of their employees also perform services on some level to al Quada and other such groups.

They have the same credibility that the Soviet Controlled newspaper Prvada did during the Cold War.

Your hatred of America has thrown you into the arms of one of the most evil groups in history. Your propeganda support of al Quada that those in previous generations deserve for their propeganda support of the Nazis and the Soviets.

You might have never killed someone (at least I don't know you have) but your support of evil makes you evil yourself. - Ted

The closest we Americans have ever gotten to the freedom of expression bestowed upon Arab peoples by Al Jazeera was our Corporation for Public Broadcasting. CPB used to be pretty good (by America's fascistic standards) but it NEVER made so free as Al Jazeera.

I watched in dismay in 1995 when Gingrich and his new Republican majority bullied and browbeat representatives of PBS. I was even more dismayed when I saw PBS eating the congressional carpet to save their funding and atone for their supposed sins. "This is the end," I thought.

Well, it turns out that wasn't quite the end. The real end came when the GOP Congress loaded the CPB's board with neo-con shills. The time, effort, and money it will take to restore CPB, NPR and PBS to their ante-rape condition will, I think, be largely wasted. Better now to tear the whole thing down and build something like Qatar has shown us in the Al Jazeera model. - Jimmy Montague
