			<description>This is a very lucid article indeed. The thing is, Saudi Arabia may be happy to play fetch for the US and Israel now but will they regret it should this 'new Middle East' become a reality? Will the new Israel be limited to it's present size   the Palestinian territories (once they have been digested) or will Tel Aviv cast an avaricious eye further East or South? When you prove that you are a dog your master will never tire of dreaming up new tricks for you, the Iranians understand this better than anyone having experienced the worst that colonialism has to offer so they will not set one foot down on that route. Of course it is easier for Iran because unlike the client states their leaders do not depend on the US for their positions.  - a guest</description>
