Obama Pulls Off Slim Victory over Convicted Felon in West Virginia

In West Virgina, a convicted felon managed to give President Obama a run for his money in the state's Democratic primary.
 
On Tuesday, Keith Judd, who is serving a 17-and-a-half year prison sentence, received support from 41 percent of West Virginia's democratic primary voters, while President Obama pulled off a victory with 59 percent of the vote.
